             It was  a very long walk going to Buda Castle. We crossed the Chain Bridge and had to walk up going to the

             Castle itself. Whew!

                           (as we were walking i can’t help but sing ‘boom boom boom, even brighter than the moon moon moon’..  hehe  :))

i just love this view of ‘Pest’… Chain Bridge and St. Stephen’s Basilica.

                     Buda and Pest used to be two different cities. They were united to become a single city (Budapest) in 1873.

                      The Danube River divides the two with Buda on the west-bank and Pest on the east-bank.
