Well, it wasn’t exactly my first time in El Nido. But it was the first time I took a direct flight to the town! Usually, people fly to Puerto Princesa (where commercial flights are definitely cheaper) and just take a 6-hour van ride to El Nido. But since I was going there for work, I got a free ride on the resort’s 50-seater plane. Yay me!

From El Nido town I had to take another 20-minute boat ride to the island resort.

This was my first glimpse of Pangulasian Island Resort. Where I became the resort’s yoga teacher for 2 months.

What can I say?  Best job ever!  🙂

JUST KIDDING!  😛  They gave me a tour of the resort and it was incredible.

At that time I had no idea it was going to be such an incredible experience. I’m just glad that I took my friend’s advice and went for it.
